NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT.
ALL ITEMS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE-
WE DO NOT RESERVE OR HOLD ITEMS.

 

PICK UP ORDERS:

If orders are not picked up within 72 hours of the confirmation ready-to-pick up notification or have not been scheduled with us, your order will automatically be canceled and refunded.

Orders can be picked up once you receive the confirmation ready-to-pick up email/notifications. Please keep in mind our shop hours are not set, so feel free to reach out to us by email or Instagram direct message to double check beforehand. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders will be shipped to addresses given at check out. We are not responsible for wrong addresses.

Buyer is responsible for paying any additional shipping fees for re-shipments if orders are shipped back to us due to incorrect addresses. Please make your address is full and correct before checking out. 

96 Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders. Once it its out of our hands it is out of our control- BUT we will try our best to help from whatever we are able to do on our end. 

96 Apparel is not responsible for any countries customs duties you may be charged with upon delivery. Customs fees are set by country and are completely out of our control. 

96 Apparel has the right to refuse and cancel any orders. All orders are processed under a fraud check. If the information within any order is deemed fraudulent or suspicious in any way, your order will be canceled and refunded back to you. 
96 Apparel has a zero tolerance for fraud.
