ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT.
ALL ITEMS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE-
WE DO NOT RESERVE OR HOLD ITEMS.

 

PICK UP ORDERS:

If orders are not picked up within 72 hours of the confirmation ready-to-pick up notification or have not been scheduled with '96 Apparel, order will be canceled and not refunded back.

Orders can only be picked up once the confirmation ready-to-pick up email/notifications are sent or there is an arranged a scheduled pick up time.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders will be shipped to addresses given at check out. We are not responsible for wrong addresses.

If an order is shipped back to us, you will not be refunded. Orders can be re-sent to you. Buyer is responsible for paying any shipping fees for re-shipments. 

'96 Apparel is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders. Once it its out of our hands it is out of our control- BUT we will try our best to help from whatever we are able to do on our end. 

'96 Apparel is NOT responsible for any customs duties you may be charged with upon delivery. Customs fees are set by country and are completely out of our control. 

'96 Apparel has the right to refuse and cancel any orders. All orders are processed under a fraud check. If the information within any order is deemed fraudulent or suspicious in any way, your order will be canceled and refunded back to you. 
'96 Apparel has a zero tolerance for fraud.
