 Q: Where do the items ship from?

All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Shipping varies $10-$15 within Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba and Saskatchewan are $10) (Newfoundland, PEI, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut are $15 shipping)- shipping will be free for any USA or Canada orders of $100+!

 Shipping is $15 within USA and $30 outside of North America (this is in CAD currency) 

Expedited/faster shipping options are available at checkout for separate fees.

Q: Do you offer delivery or pick up for local customers?

Yes! We offer FREE local pick-up for any local customers! Pick-up option and location are available at checkout. 

Q: "Are the items used?"

Majority of the items sold on '96 Apparel are pre-loved. Sometimes there are brand new with tags items, which will be advertised accordingly.

Q: "How long does shipping take?"

Shipping times vary depending on location and postal offices. If you are looking for a faster shipping time they are offered at checkout for an extra charge. For more specific/rough timings please feel free to reach out, shop.96appparel@outlook.com

Q: "Can I shop in different currencies?"

Yes! If you scroll to the bottom of the page, there is a currency selector! You can select the currency you'd prefer to shop in and prices will change automatically. 

Q: "What are the exchange/return policies?"

'96 Apparel does not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you encounter any problems with your order, please feel free to contact shop.96apparel@outlook.com with your order number.
