Q: Where do the items ship from?
All items are shipped from Markham, Ontario, Canada.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies $12-$15 within Canada. (Ontario is $12, everywhere else within Canada is $15.)
Shipping is $15 within USA and $30+ outside of North America (this is in CAD currency)
Expedited/faster shipping options are available at checkout for separate fees.
Q: Can we shop in store?
YES! 96 Apparel has an open to public storefront in Markham, Ontario! You can find us at King Square mall on the second floor across from the rooftop.
Q: Do you offer delivery or pick up for local customers?
Yes! We offer FREE in-store pick ups! Pick-up details are available at checkout.
Q: "Are the items used?"
YES. The majority of the items sold on 96 Apparel are pre-loved. Sometimes there are brand new with tags items, which will be advertised accordingly. We try our best to list all item conditions on the site.
Q: "How long does shipping take?"
